  • Distribute content across our social media channels, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms to highlight our members and their work.

For Clients & Business Partners:

The information you provide helps us:

  • Establish and manage business relationships.

  • Ensure clear communication and execution of agreed-upon marketing and media production services.

  • Invoice and process payments while complying with tax regulations.

  • Protect and manage confidential client data securely.

  • Utilize marketing materials, logos, and other assets strictly within the agreed scope.

  • Provide clients with access to our talent database, including member profiles, to facilitate potential collaborations and project development.

  • Share relevant information from our community members to help businesses find suitable creative talent.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

For Community Members & Talent Database:

  • We will share your profile information with our clients and partners for professional opportunities.

  • By registering as a member, you consent to the use of your images, photos, videos, or other creative work for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Your content may be featured on our website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), newsletters, and other digital communication channels.

  • If you wish to remove or update any content related to you, you may contact us at any time.

For Clients & Business Partners:

  • Any confidential documents, files, passwords, credentials, proprietary information, and sensitive materials provided by clients must be clearly marked as confidential.

  • We commit to protecting confidential materials and will not disclose them to third parties without written consent.

  • Confidential data, including passwords, credentials, and private files, will be securely stored and destroyed after the contractual relationship ends unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any logos, images, videos, or other creative assets sent by the client remain their property and will be used strictly as per the agreement's scope.

  • Clients may request the removal or deletion of any assets shared with us after the contract ends.

  • Clients acknowledge that, as part of our mission, they may receive information about members of our talent database to facilitate potential collaborations.

  • Client branding materials and marketing assets may also be shared across our digital platforms, promotional campaigns, and social media when relevant to the agreed services.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal or business information. However, we may share it with:

  • Business partners and clients who collaborate with us on projects that align with your profile and expertise.

  • Clients who may receive relevant information about members of our talent database to facilitate networking and project collaboration.
